Preorder times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to fulfil preorder items within the stated timeframe, but delays may occur.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, we may hold the order until all items are ready, unless we agree otherwise.
7. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling GBP (£).
Prices may include VAT where applicable. If we are VAT registered, VAT will be charged in accordance with UK VAT rules.
Delivery charges, service charges or other applicable fees will be shown before you complete your order.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, traffic, strikes, incorrect delivery information or failed delivery attempts.
For food and perishable items, you must ensure that someone is available to receive the order. If delivery fails because no one is available, the address is incorrect or the courier cannot access the location, we may not be able to offer a refund.
Risk in the products passes to you once the products have been delivered to the address you provided, collected by you, or handed to a person or location nominated by you.

Where collection is available, you must collect your order from the location and within the time window shown at checkout or agreed with us.
If you fail to collect your order within the agreed time, especially where the order contains fresh, chilled, perishable or made-to-order products, we may not be able to provide a refund.
