How delivery works

Order by 10am and we’ll send it the same day for next-day delivery. After 10am, your order may be sent the following day. Product pages and your basket show an estimated delivery date for your order.

In your basket you can pick the exact day you’d like it to arrive, up to 60 days ahead. Days we can’t deliver on are greyed out.

Mondays. We can only deliver cakes and other perishable goods on a Monday by same-day delivery. Non-perishable goods can be delivered on a Monday if you order at least 5 days in advance.

Holidays and closures. We can’t deliver on bank holidays or over Christmas. These days, and any days we’re closed, are greyed out in the calendar. Our shops will still be open.

• Personalised cakes are piped by hand, so they can’t be collected or delivered on the same day.
• Hampers and other made-to-order gifts need the number of days shown on their product page.
• Some fresh items are only available for collection.

Collect for free from 29 Rathbone Place, Fitzrovia, London W1T 1JG. Choose a 30-minute slot in your basket, up to 14 days ahead. Collection is from our Fitzrovia shop only.

Open for collection every day, 10am–9pm.

By courier, the same day, in central London. Order by 7pm and choose a delivery window up to 9pm. Enter your postcode in the basket to see whether we can reach you and what it costs.
